As there is no ticket history with Mr*** addressing any of his concerns, we took the liberty of contacting some of the leads that were issued to himLeads are valid and do in fact meet our guarantee which Mr*** agreed to in the
attached documentation
Mr*** had leads that did not meet our guarantee and he was credited for thoseCredits are provided when a lead does not meet our guaranteeMr*** knows this, he was the one who applied for the ones he received
Unfortunately, Mr*** neglected to hold up his end of the agreement and has not paid us for leads sourced on his behalfAs such, his account has been forwarded to a collections agencyAll future correspondence must be held between Mr*** and the collections agency and we are unable to intervene
Our process for delinquent accounts is also outlined in the attached agreement

Unfortunately, this was the response I was expectingI illustrated just a few of the wrong addresses in my last post
I followed their "system" exactly how they stated on their conference callsI called the "leads" at various times and days with no response and many non working phone numbersTheir response is a statement with nothing to back it up
I request they drop this matter immediately
