I went to this nail salon on Friday 11/to have three acrylic nails fixed and a color changeI wasn’t satisfied with my nails after the women finished, she rushed and my nails looked messyTwo days later of the nails broke off and any women knows acrylic nails last 2-weeksI went back to the salon 11/and asked for a refund, they refused but offered to fix my nailsThe OWNER came down and proceeded to take off the acrylic with the nail filing machine during the process SHE INJURED MY NAIL AND CAUSED IT TO BLEED SEVERELY, NOW MY NAIL IS INFECTEDI told her to stop but she kept trying to convince me she could fix itI told them I wanted my money back and they refusedThis place is the ABSOLUTE WORSE, please do not go here they have terrible customer service and they’re not able to do nails
