Review: My motorcycle was brought to this dealerships service center in the winter of 2013, on a flatbed truck as it was not running. It was understood that the servicemen were to do a 'complete overhaul' of any necessary mechanical parts, and otherwise to have this motorcycle deemed mechanically safe and sound. Any inside motor parts, engines, clutch, brakes, brake lights, etc. The servicemen were completely disinterested in fixing this bike properly and pieced together parts that were not even made for this model and year motorcycle. I was charged a large sum of money for work that was either not done, or done improperly. For example, brake lights and rear turn signals were necessary and by the time the bike was ridden home all of the electrical parts were broken and the lights were burnt out. I had to take the bike to a different motorcycle repairman who asked me who worked on this bike previously as nothing was completed properly and now I have to re-pay somebody else to do the work properly. Bromley's servicemen were unprofessional and did not care about the safety of myself or this motorcycle. Per the request of the new shop I took it to, I requested on three occassions to have a copy of the service invoice faxed to me, to see exactly what work and parts were done while the bike was in their shop and they have not yet furnished me the invoice. I do believe they literally robbed me and did nothing to this motorcycle that I paid for originally. I bought and paid for new plastics to have custom paint on them and while the servicemen was screwing on my mirror he cracked the plastic and took no responsibility for this damage. The chain had holes in it that needed to be replaced with the sprocket and they took no care in addressing this; or if they did (without the invoice I cannot tell) I need a refund because I am paying somebody else to fix it now again.Desired Settlement: I would like a legitimate copy of my service invoice that lists all of the parts and services that were completed to my motorcycle and the cost for each; so that I can compare them to what the new shop is fixing on it, again. If the same work is done I would like a complete refund for what I originally paid. Prime example, brake lights/turn signals/electrical work that was not completed or done so poorly that it never worked right from the time the bike left their shop. Bolts/screws in a motor, amongst other internal work not visible to the naked eye.
