Bromley Mountain Ski Resort

Worst experience of my absolute lifetime. I was sold a $119 lesson online a week prior to the date of the lesson. I arrived at Bromley to be told there were no lessons today...They claimed they were going to load the $119 onto a "Bromley Bucks" card. They printed a lift ticket and sent me to the rentals department to use the rest of the credit on rentals. I got to the rentals department to find out that the Bromley Bucks hadn't been loaded properly. The ski rental team went ALL THE WAY down to get it figured out. In the meantime I figured out that my boots weren't compatible with their skis. After about an hour of dealing with this, I was over it. I went to explain my discontent to Marc who just yelled, "Give me your credit card so that I can refund your money and get you out of here as fast as possible." This was the absolute worst ski experience of my life. I didn't even go out because I was so frustrated. I won't ever cheat on *** again. This place is ABSOLUTELY terrible and run like someone's backyard.
