Review: In October 2014, we made contact with this company to arrange to have a rehearsal dinner for our son's wedding. We were in contact with the caterer and she told us some basic options but said we would have to wait until December for pricing. She also told us we would not need to place a deposit. Meanwhile, [redacted], mother of the bride, was in contact with a woman named [redacted] who works there. She arranged for the bride and the bridesmaids to stay there the night of the rehearsal. She also told [redacted] that I would indeed need to send them a deposit of $100. I sent it on October 15th. After repeated attempts to get pricing and menu information from the caterer starting on December 9th, we finally got some of the information we requested January 19th. It wasn't until March 9th that we got the rest of the information we would need to make a decision. In the meantime, either [redacted] or Mr. [redacted] would leave messages for [redacted] to ask for dates and number of rooms for the bride and bridesmaids, which she gave them, repeatedly. In February, Mr. [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted], the caterer conference called my husband and I to ask the same questions they've gotten answers to before. We asked again for the rest of the menu/pricing options. On March 9th I finally got them. On March 9th, [redacted] called and cancelled everything as we had lost all confidence with them. We were assured by [redacted] that we would get our refund back. [redacted] had told [redacted] repeatedly that Mr. [redacted] approved the refund. It was not until May 1st when [redacted] talked to Mr. [redacted] directly that we were told the deposit was nonrefundable. I wrote Mr. [redacted] a letter explaining the sequence of events that led to our disappointment and cancellation. He has not responded to my letter. We were never told verbally or in writing that our deposit was nonrefundable.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $100 returned to me in a cashier's check.

Review: We rented Bromleys hilliest for our wedding ceremony. We were quoted a price and sloth services they would provide. They booked someone else over top of our rehearsal. They hurried us out so quickly my wife and I didn't even have time to eat. The staff was rude and made up excuses an other random things. They made my wife and brides maids change in a hallway saying if we used a room they would have I charge us for it because they just cleaned them. The men were allowed I change in rooms that were dirty from the last people who rented them only because she hadn't cleaned then yet. They til us we could use the rooms and then at the time of wedding tried charging us extra. We had to do all the wrk she was supposed to provide. The owner talked to my aunt and his reason was we got a good deal on it and he hadn't heard anything from myself about any problems. I mailed him a 5 page letter about the problems. I haven't hear back from him. I would like the letter to be apart of my Revdex.com complaint. I want a refund and an apologyDesired Settlement: Refund and apology
