As previously stated, this matter has already been settled in a court of lawI have submitted, under separate cover, the subject settlement agreement that both parties have signed and an opinion letter, from Mr, ***'s very own attorney, in which he very clearly states that all previous disputes have been settledIf Mr [redacted] wishes, I am sure that Judge [redacted] will gladly review his claim as it relates to our obligations to each other Mr [redacted] is clearly attempting to further disparage my reputation, as his only viable recourse, since the court has already accepted our settlementI have nothing further to add and suggest Mr [redacted] and his legal team revisit this claim with the appropriate court in Hamilton County Ohio.....j [redacted]
