I check my account today on 07/05/2016. I have not got any refund to my account until nowI cannot believe themPlease have them send refund to me right away

Card Payment Direct received the above referenced customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respondMr*** *** account was approved on 4/21/upon receipt of the signed application and agreement to the Card Payment Direct sales office on 4/20/On January 6,
*** *** of T*** *** S*** *** filed a complaint regarding the fees charged to his account and to request cancellation of our servicePrior to this notification we were not made aware by Mr*** ** *** of his dissatisfactionOn 1/7/at 12:51pm MST we (Card Payment Direct) spoke to Mr*** and explained to him that the application he submitted was to our sales office and that the billing error was made by our back end processor that handles his accountAt that time we sincerely apologized to Mr***, taking full responsibility for the error and placed an immediate refund of $in which we explained he would receive within business days (standard time it takes for an ACH deposit to fully process)At that time Mr*** *** thanked us for reaching out to him and stated that he wanted to continue service with us and was not currently looking to end his contract (as of 1/13/16, Mr*** *** of T*** *** S*** *** is still actively processing and using our service)We (Card Payment Direct) reached back out to Mr*** *** on 1/11/confirming that he received the full refund of $and to see if there was anything further we can do to assist himHe was very gracious and again thanked us for the prompt response and attention to his matterWe greatly value the business of Mr***, as we do all of our customers, and will do whatever we can (within legal parameters) to make Mr*** happy and continue our business relationship

Re: (Compliant ID # ***) I am writing to you in reference to your letter dated 4/13/Card Payment Direct received the above referenced customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respondTracy ** *** of *** *** entered into a Merchant Agreement by signing
and agreeing to the contract terms and fees set forth on August 12, The fee that Tracy ** *** is referring to is printed on the merchant application and reads “A PCI Annual Compliance Fee will be assessed to each Merchant Account annually determined by compliance and security requirements at the time of the fee assessment.” This fee was charged to Tracy ** Keller in 2014, and This was not an additional fee added onto the account and therefore cannot be refundedOn April 12, we (Card Payment Direct) provided account closure instructions to Ms*** which includes the return of equipment (owned by Card Payment Direct) and loaned to *** *** along with a signed cancellation requestWe (Card Payment Direct) paid the shipping cost of equipment when it was originally sent to the merchant on August 14, and since then have sent Ms*** free paper for the credit card machine and also paid all of these shipping costsAll we ask upon closure is that the merchant return our loaned equipment (owned by Card Payment Direct) along with signed closurePlease understand that Card Payment Direct will do whatever we can (within legal parameters) to make Ms*** happy, but as of April 27, our equipment and the required signed cancellation request have not been received by Tracy ** *** and therefore, the account is still openAs Tracy ** *** is aware the equipment and signed letter of cancellation must be submitted to: • Card Payment Direct, *** *** *** *** *** *** AZ

As our initial response stated we placed the refund to Mr. [redacted] on June 27, 2016. As explained, the refund typically takes 3 business days for the ACH deposit to fully process (this does not include weekends and holidays). Due to the July 4th holiday the deposit could have been delayed to the merchant’s bank. On July 7, 2016 we have confirmed that all refunds were processed by our processing bank and cleared on our end.
