I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I believe that Jeff has his details mixed upI was never offered the same "fix" as the other neighbor with small dogsWhen I first complained about the gap under the fence his employees placed some logs along the areaWhen the HOA inspected the job they came to me and said it did not meet their (the HOA) standards and that they would contact Jeff about it.The next day Jeff came to my home and told my daughter that his company had been "busted" for putting the wood there and he was removing it and now it would be up to us to place bricks or something under the fenceI was able to reach him by phone one time and attempted to make an appointment at which time he also told me to put bricks under the fence.This is when I told him that did not meet my standards and I did not feel that was right.If he had done the same for me as he did the other neighbor in the beginning, as any good business should have, I would have been very happyIf I were to come home from work and find it done now, I would also be happy

We put the fence up to HOA specifications, the fence perimeter of the subdivision has a straight top. They are properties that the fence did not touch the ground, a gentleman that lives in one of the houses had three small dogs. We put extra pickets up to prevent the dog from getting out. to do the same for her, she did not want this done. She said it was not to her standards.
