I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response are not the same events that I recall For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When I called them on the day they were to show to perform the work, the call was not answeredI could not get a hold of the contact for an hour or more after the time they were to start the workI called the business directly talking with Brian I***He said they could not start that day and did not sound as though he knew when they could startThe perception was that they were not interested in doing the work(interior painting) as their primary focus was roofing and sidingI advised I was on a short time line trying to list the house for sale, and that I was returning to the city I had moved to by the end of the weekMrI*** said he would send me a refundI provided my new address and thanked them in advance for returning the depositOther than the complaint filed with the Revdex.com, there have been no other communications about the companyI don't use any social media, so I do not know what is being referenced about any social media information.No other calls were received during that week that I was still in IndianapolisI can contact them with the address if they will return the deposit
