complaint, #[redacted], we have no records of this vehicle being in a major accident and when the vehicle was sold the title was clean of any damage disclosure. This particular car is almost 10 years old and has 88,000 approx. miles - all cars at some point in their life are involved in some form of accident. If they are repaired properly it should be in as good of shape as it was prior to the accident. perhaps before  the accident. The only record of any form of repair that we have in our dealership, post sale, is for a check engine light that we did not charge you for. The car was sold with a 60 day/2000 mile limited warranty, and we have no records of any additional repairs or requests for repairs during or post this timeframe. If a problem did occur, we were not notified or given a chance to correct it according to my records.
Our goal is to provide a quality product and exceptional service.
