TERRIBLE Company.
I am having an issue with a brand new Thinline Dual Nozzle Simple Spa SS-250. I received it in the mail and it has a defective part. It says to contact support but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the phone. I guess I'll send it back. These guys are a ***!

Our customer service team regularly returns any messages left on our voicemail and usually within 1 business day and no later than 2 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot always answer the phone if agents aren't available and we have reduced access to phones due to COVID and shelter in place restrictions. However, we still return all calls. Additionally, you can email us anytime at s*** for quick resolution. It's unfair to us to just keep calling and hanging up if you don't get someone to answer the phone, then report us to the Revdex.com. That's not the best way to get the right support. Lastly, we also offer live chat support on the website as well during business hours. I highly suggest you try emailing or leaving a message and allowing for a minimum of 1-2 business days for someone to assist you. I'm not quite understanding how our company is a scam because we might not be able to answer the phone when you want to call - that' doesn't seem right or fair. Here's another direct way to contact support:

STAY AWAY from this company and their products they say 100 % warranty coverage parts and labour 1 year to 3 years on our Bidets swash 1400 as we own 2 of these.
Had to file a dispute for parts and zero coverage for labour even though it says 100 % in first year!
Never again will we purchase anything from this scam company!
I also note that the Revdex.com has not posted my complaint on their board! I wonder how many other people they scam and Revdex.com does NOTHING!

I believe this company is selling defect products and not telling the consumer about the problem. I purchased Swash 300 toilet bidet in 06/17 and I observed water leaking by 10/18. I contacted the manufacture's customer service and told them about water leaking, they informed me that they can't cover with the warranty, (over 1 year) and send me the reliability weaver form if I purchased their replacement parts and fixed it. Also, they send me the detailed instructions with pictures, it seems like they are sending out the same instruction to multiple consumer who has the same problem. I think they are hiding the problematic parts and trying to avoid product recall. I can forward the instructions they sent me. It seems like they have the same problem when I search on web.
