Review: On July 23, 2014 I ordered a pair of glasses and lens's from BRONDSTATER'S OPTICAL AMERICA doing and so I put down a $200.00 deposit. The lady that I spoke to said the glasses would be ready the following week. After a couple of weeks I hadn't heard anything so I went back to the office and the lady said they were having problems with the glasses. After another week I went back to the office and I told the lady that I wanted my refund back. She said she would mail it to my home. About one week later a check came in the mail for $129.00. I again went to the office and spoke to the lady and there was some kind of misundertanding so she said she would mail me a check for the full $200.00. It has now bee n a full two weeks more or less and still no check. I have called the office and left messages to no avail whatsoever. The company BRONDSTATER'S OPTICAL AMERICA is in the same office as Dr. Barry M[redacted].his phone number is ###-###-####. Brondstater's number is ###-###-####. Their address is [redacted], West Virginia [redacted] Please keep in mind that she never answers or returns any calls whatsoever.!!!!!Desired Settlement: A check for the amount of $200.00 be sent to my home address.
