I disagrre due to Mr. [redacted]s ignorance as he was supposed to be the representative for my father and I. All it appears he has done is take money and move on. I will never recommend him or his office to serve any person with insurance. With that I shall close this rebuttal. Thanks for your time to which the people fail to matter that pay the business owners bills so that they can continue to live the lifestyle of their choosing.

been November 3 we needed to have this coverage out of deceased father's name and Social Security number. As Junior was purchasing the house, we did not want to just cancel the homeowners insurance and leave the property uncovered, affecting both Mr. [redacted] Senior’s significant other as well as his son who was going to become the property owner.I had several conversations with Mr. [redacted] Junior about getting the home insurance rewritten. 2 weeks after we should have, I did not cancel the building coverageI wrote the following to Mr. [redacted] Junior

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am at a loss of words. Mr. [redacted] failed to cancel the insurance when I took ownership in May. He advised me to just let in run out which I asked if that was ok. He stated that yes it was ok due to my fathers girlfriend was also still on the account. I then said ok and told my fathers girlfriend. So we waited till the end of the term. We then both got seperate insurance plans. Like a month later we get a bill for the old insurance for a month which neither of us had agreed to nor authorized. Called Mr. [redacted] and explained our issue which we did not authorize that. He then said it wasnt him and was the insurance company. So ended up my fathers girlfriend who is elderly just paid it because noone was helping the matter. But my complaint currently has to due with my AUTO insurance through Mr [redacted]. After I called his office and told them not to renew my insurance with them they said thats fine. Sent me a comfirmation cancelation. So now its been about 5-6 months after my home owners insurance got canceleed due to Mr [redacted] and Erie Insurance due to stating I was not up to the terms of the agreement of fixing the property which I recieved from probate. So they canceled me in like May. now towards the end of my auto policy is coming to a close. Mr [redacted]s office now after 5-6 months state that I owe $67 dollars due because of not having Home owners Insurance my policy has changed. All of this should have been told and released back in May then would have been taking care of. I DO NOT AGREE that after that fact now him or his office is trying to collect more money as they did when my fathers insurance was and shouldve been cancelled when told to. He or his practice seem to take advantage of people and hope that they will just pay when ever they feel something is not correct. He or his office continues to fail its clients and I feel I shouldnt have to pay this $67 once he failed to notify me within a reasonable time and not when I call to cancel my auto insurance. I would truly hate to see whom else He or Erie Insurance have done this unfair practice to. Thank you for your time.
