This is my second time writing about Window World in the past month. I'll make it short-- I set up an appointment two different times to have the company come out to replace trim, but they never showed up nor did they call to say they weren't coming. I called and complained and got crappy/rude costumer service. After my complaint with the Revdex.com, I received a call from the company. A very nice gentleman set up a day to have the tech come out and apologized for everything that has happened. The tech came out without a ladder (third time I made an appointment). So, we reschedule, again, for 3/21/17. No one showed up nor did they call (4th time). I sent the nice gentleman a text afterwards and I'm waiting for a response back. I seriously don't know how these people stay in business. I'm so tired of making appointments just to have no one show up. It's absolutely rude! It shouldn't take 5+ appointments to get trim replaced.
