Bronwyn Duffield Photography

As part of our wedding package that we signed with Bronwyn, we should receive a wedding album. It's been a year and a half and we have yet to get it.
On 8/7/2017, I signed a contract with Bronwyn to use her photography services for our wedding on 3/31/18. The package we signed up and paid for included a wedding album. I've been contacting Bronwyn since 12/17/18 about this album and have yet to receive it. She replied on 12/21/18 and asked that I choose ~50 photos to use for the album which I completed for her by 1/8/19. I did not hear back so I followed up with her again on 2/27/19, 3/4/19, and 3/19/19. Bronwyn replied back on 3/20/19 and let me know it would take 8-12 weeks for the printing lab to process our album. She also asked what color of cover I wanted. I replied on 3/21/19 with the color. Since she said it would take 8-12 weeks, I waited for it to arrive but it did not. I followed up with her on 6/3/19 and 6/10/19 asking for an update. Bronwyn responded on 6/14/19 and apologized for her lack in replying and explained to me that she was going through a difficult time due to her mother being diagnosed with breast cancer. At this time she also let me know that the album would be delivered by 7/12/19 and asked for my address to confirm where it would be delivered to. I responded back on 6/17/19 and was understanding of the personal matter she was dealing with. I also provided our address. When the album was not delivered by 7/12/19, I followed back up with her on 7/16/19, 8/9/19, 9/9/19, 10/22/19, and 11/22/19. No response has been made and no wedding album has been delivered.
