Review: I was driving my 2005 black mazda when I had the accident.didnt get injured so I decided to drive 05mph to get home.[redacted],tow truck driver wit his coworker pulled over.after I told them idont have full coverage they proposed to take my car to their shop free no charge,and next day they will give me an estimation of the damage.I agreed.yesterday,tuesday **,I called several times no answer.today they called me to say $4,300 to fix my car.I told them its way too much for just a bumper,light and radiator.so im coming to get my car out.so he got mad and said,in this case u will pay $300 to get your car out.I went down to the shop,showed him the receipt with no charge,he said I still have to pay.I called the police.when cops came they said its nothing they can do because its a civil court matter.cops suggested me to pay,get my car out and the fill a complain.I did pay the $300 and called another tow truck $136 to pull my car to other place.Desired Settlement: I just need my money back.they was trying to overcharge me maybe because im [redacted].and this gotta be stopped.$4,300 to fix a bumper damage?????[redacted] no.I couldnt go to work because of this matter,and I wasted $436.
