Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I bought my car in March of and they have not paid or gave any of my documents to the extended warranty that I purchase to themI already had to pay out of pocket for this car because both the sales manager Marlin and the sales person Mizan lied and stated that everything in the car was checkedEven when I brought the car to them and they kept it for a whole day they did not fix any of the repairs although they guaranteed me everything would be fixed if it was within the days since I bought the carNow my radiator is cracked and both Warrantech and Infinity has tried to contact the dealer to send the documents and the check and they have lied multiple times that they sent it through [redacted] overnight, but can't provide us with the tracking numberIt has been a week that I have been trying to speak with the dealer to handle this issue and all they give me is the run around just like when it came to repairing my carThis paperwork should have been all done since it is going on three months since I purchased this carAt this point I cannot drive my car because it is sitting to be repaired, but that repair cannot happen until the dealer address this issueIf I would of known a pre-certified car from them would cause this much problems I would have purchased somewhere elseMy last complaint they offered me a free oil change meanwhile when they claimed to have checked the fluids they didn't bother to tell me that my power-steering fluid was contaminatedI don't want no service from themI would like them to complete all my paperwork and refund me my that I spent for repairs that they claim they did, but when I brought it to Infiniti they informed me that it was not doneAll they did was give me new blades and cabin filter and that was a fight with the dealerNow I have to be inconvenience because they have not completed the appropriate documents for my extended warranty and my radiator is already cracked almost three months with this car Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hi, We would like to again state that we did everything within reason and according to all of our ability to assist the customerWarranty companies are 3rd party providers and usually do cover most claims when covered but within certain parametersI suggest contacting them and arranging a certified mechanic that they recommend, that was you completely avoid having to come out of pocketIn our experience we have seen the warranty covering 110$ labor for example then the shop requesting $ labor wich is clearly very excessive We are doing everything to assist the customer and help her, but I am not sure what else we can do to make her experience better Please contact my business manager " Jay" and see if he can assist you Thank you,

Horrible customer serviceSales Repwas completely unprofessionalIf the Supervisor was present to see the altercation that occurred and didn't do anything to remedy the situation, then that goes to show how corrupt this business isDealership advertised a car that was supposedly sold within minutes of my arrivalCompletely **, just another TACTIC, to get customers to waste their timeEvery single employee was completely unprofessionalThey may have good prices but the sales repmake the experience completely horribleAfter all, you're in boston road, cant expect muchGoes to show how not being educated gets you nowhere in lifeWhen hiring, HR really needs to vet these bozos
The Sales Rep., who I was not even talking to, got in the conversation of another sales repand IHe acknowledged me with complete hostilityInstead of apologizing for the TACTICS used, he got offended at the word TACTIC, and started being sarcastic and refused to help meHe was telling my uncle to leave, instead of presenting other optionsI've encountered rude people in the past, but never to this magnitude

I bought my car in March of 2016 and they have not paid or gave any of my documents to the extended warranty that I purchase to them. I already had to pay 800.00 out of pocket for this car because both the sales manager Marlin and the sales person Mizan lied and stated that everything in the car was checked. Even when I brought the car to them and they kept it for a whole day they did not fix any of the repairs although they guaranteed me everything would be fixed if it was within the 100 days since I bought the car. Now my radiator is cracked and both Warrantech and Infinity has tried to contact the dealer to send the documents and the check and they have lied multiple times that they sent it through [redacted] overnight, but can't provide us with the tracking number. It has been a week that I have been trying to speak with the dealer to handle this issue and all they give me is the run around just like when it came to repairing my car. This paperwork should have been all done since it is going on three months since I purchased this car. At this point I cannot drive my car because it is sitting to be repaired, but that repair cannot happen until the dealer address this issue. If I would of known a pre-certified car from them would cause this much problems I would have purchased somewhere else. We try to keep all  our customers happy even their claims has no merit so just make our customer happy we will offer a one time offer $300 dollars.

We would like to again state that we did everything within reason and according to all of our ability to assist the customer. Warranty companies are 3rd party providers and usually do cover most claims when covered but within certain parameters.. I suggest contacting them and arranging a certified mechanic that they recommend, that was you completely avoid having to come out of pocket. In our experience we have seen the warranty covering 110$ labor for example then the shop requesting $ 160 labor wich is clearly very excessive.
We are doing everything to assist the customer and help her, but I am not sure what else we can do to make her experience better.
Please contact my business manager " Jay" and see if he can assist you..

I brought it yo bmw and which bmw advised me that my warranty company is not covering any of the expenses such as the part that is needed, which means I would have to pay out of pocket so that is why I took the car back from bmw. Phil only contacted to and advised be the same thing everyone has been advising me which is to take it to a shop. Why should I continuously take the car to a shop in which the warranty company previously advised me they not covering, what kind of logic is that. I haven't hears from Phil in almost two weeks and it's an insult for Bronx Auto Sales to insinuate they strive for superb customer service, however here I am in this predicament. I  have spoken to at least  6 different people from the warranty company and they advised me they are not covering the part. What part of that statement are you unable to understand. If the part is not going to be covered, automatically they will not be covering the labor. There was never an issue with labor cost. I wish not to speak with Jay, he has no business ethic whatsoever.
