Review: I initially went into the Bronx Suzuki dealer because they had the Dodge Charger for 5000. When I came into the store they took all my info then said I needed more info so I went back home only to my surprise when I return, they say they can't sell me the Charger because it's no longer available and they can put me in a "BETTER" car at the same price... Well after the paperwork was done, not only was the price way higher than I expected, but the car shut off on me and almost killed me while the very dealer that sold me that car was in the car with me. He told the others and they tried to "pacify" the problem which has only led to my near death running off of the highway for the "THIRD TIME." I need assistance to get justice.Desired Settlement: I would like to obtain a new vehicle from the company if they wish to comply as long as it is as the same value as the original purchase amount. If not I rather My $5,500

Review: Had an A/C problem last year and took it to this dealership to have it repaired while under warranty, they never checked for a leak just recharged and refilled the unit and replaced a hose for this a paid $405. Not even a year later the A/C is having the same problem. Took it back to the dealer and they put a dye in it and I drove it for a couple of weeks and it became hot again. They stated they needed to check for a leak. After checking for the leak they stated that the compressor was leaking and this job would cost over a $1000. I confronted the mechanic and asked him how did he find a leak this year and did not find one last year. And he stated both years the car was put on the machine and passed but this year since I had returned 6 times in the last 2 months while cleaning the car off he looked and saw the leak. I proceeded to tell the manager that this was the same leak I had from the previous year but since he did not check for a leak this is why it was not found. I even sort another mechanic to get a second opinion, which costed me $130. Currently I still have this issue and the weather has reached over 96 degrees here with the humidity feeling like over 100. I have a 1 and a half year old baby riding in these conditions. And as I am typing this text we are expecting rain. I cannot even close my windows because the defrost does not even workDesired Settlement: I would like for the dealership to fix the A/C properly which means them replacing the leaking part and refilling and recharging the unit. And I should not have to accrue anymore cost because had they looked for a leak last year this job could have been done while still under warranty rather than this year and I have to assume the cost. They can not say this leak was not there last year because no one ever checked for a leak. They just assumed that the unit was emptied and refilled and charged it.

In Regards to ID# [redacted] Victory Auto Group (DBA) Bronx Suzuki fix [redacted] car more then 1 Year ago. A year ago [redacted] didn't have a leak; she needed other work done hose, freeon, etc... Now it's a year later she has a leak in the compressor. Now keep in mind [redacted] would not gotten a year in if the compressor was leaking she would have brought the car back imminently. We are sorry [redacted] warranty has expired. A year ago when she had the warranty it helps with other things that were covered. Unfortunately without warranty, parts and work are expensive. We tried helping her by finding parts for a cheaper price range from $1000-$498 that was half off the original price. If you have further questions feel free to call me at ###-###-####.

Thank You

[redacted]:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because

[Your Answer Here] I reject Bronx Suzuki response again, as we keep going back to the issue at hand. This being that they do not know if this is a new issue with my car and/or an existing problem. I do not understand how someone can bring in their car for service and state that they are having an issue with the air conditioning not getting cold. And rather than a through diagnostic test be performed, their response to the issue was that the car would need Freon and recharging.

For instance, if you went to a doctor for a cough and the doctor prescribes you have some chicken soup and drink lots of fluid and you will get be better. A week, or so, later you are back at the doctor's office because you are worse than before, and now diagnosis you with tuberculosis. Yes, due to the lack of testing and assuming that it was just a cough, it developed into a more extensive issue and prolonged my recovery. This is exactly what happened with my car, they just recharge it to satisfy my complaint, but never checked for the underlying problem.Since this was never addressed nor corrected, it developed into a larger problem. I will allow Farragut Auto to do the A/C repair on my car for the amount of $525.

You had offered to repair this for $400, but with my experience to date with your firm, I rather deal with a reputable firm who has honesty and integrity and is concerned about the customer not what little they can do for the customer and dismiss them, as though they do not understand what is wrong with their car. This issues was never about the money, it was about principal. The Dealership has tried to milk this job for the amount of $1000. I originally paid a little over $400 and now they want an additional $400. They are acting as if this they going above and beyond to satisfy me, but this should have been corrected the first time around. What guarantee would I have now that the summer is over and they repair it and I am once again faced with the same issue. This is unacceptable, when from the start it was their negligence that allowed this problem to occur. As I previously stated all my repairs thus far were done at this dealership, and I never had any problems, but this manager [redacted], did not do his job when it came to diagnosing the problem with my car and now wants to make it seem as if this is a new/and separate issue from the first initial issue.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: I was at Bronx Suzuki yesterday looking at cars, a fast talking salesman convinced my son to purchase a 2011 Infiniti G37X. My son convinced me to finance the car, when first talking to them they agreed the car payments would be less than $400.00 a month. Once in the office we were told the car payments would be $511.00. My son said he can not afford the car, [redacted] the finance guy told us we were approved with a lender for $497.00 a month, at that time my son said he still could not afford the car. It is now 10:30 pm we are still at the dealer trying to negotiate prices, when [redacted] states just take the car he was going to continue different options to see how he can get the best deal for us. We left the dealership at Midnight, arrived at home were my cousin then connected a computer to the car and revealed several errors that the car had. At that point I decided this was going to be to much of a problem and I decided to return the car. Without a contract that I never received from the dealer I returned at 9:00am today 7/**/2014 (9 hours after leaving the dealers lot) explaining their are problems and the car is showing computer errors. I explained the contract was never finalized and I would like to return the car and receive my down payment of $2500.00. After waiting two hours I was then told by [redacted] all will be voided and a refund check will be issued to me within 30 days. In good faith I accepted his word and said I will return after work to receive all voided paper work in writing.

While at work I receive a call from Salesperson [redacted] stating my car will be ready for pick up at 5pm. I explained all negotiations were voided and I am not taking the car. [redacted] states that is impossible the car is mine. Infuriated I call [redacted] back and he states there must of been a misunderstanding everything is voided I will receive a call from the [redacted] confirming my refund. At 3pm I receive a call from [redacted] again stating my car is ready for pick up, brakes and rotors were changed, and a complete diagnostic check up is being done.

I am now disgusted and upset and I feel that they are playing games and even if the car is fixed I do not want to deal with the un-professional people at Bronx Suzuki. I am then transferred to the [redacted] who states I am NOT receiving a refund, telling me to come pick up my car and I must seek legal representation if I want to break a contract, the same contract that this morning [redacted] voided.

I am a hard working single mother and this dealership took complete advantage of me. They will not inform me who the supposed lender is that approved the loan, and I have no contract in my hand.Desired Settlement: I do not want the vehicle, it should of not been sold to me with computer errors and because of the un-professional manners of everyone in this dealership I just want all of this voided and my deposit of $2500.00 returned to me.
