Review: a person who appeared at the scene of the accident recommended me this business, when I leave my car in this business one gentleman explained to me that my car was going to take 2 to 3 weeks to be repaired, he made me sign a receipt which state: "a storage fee of $65 per calendar day an administration fee of $100 will be charge to owner if repairs are not done by the above listed company & will start from date of signing". I ask why I have to sign this he said just in case you want to take your car and take to other place, I did not find anything bad to sign because I was not going to take my car to another place, over time I realized why they make me sign the receipt, they're irresponsible, they have poor customer service and I can not yet speak of their work because they have not finished repairing my car. They have my car since 08.**.2013, it has been almost 6 weeks and when I call to find out when they will give me my car, they have different excuse, come on tuesday it going to be ready when I'm going to pick my car they said we waiting for other part that we need you have to wait this is a total abuse. I'm really desperate, I do not trust these people and I can not take my car to other business.Desired Settlement: if I could get my car to other business I would do it but I just want my car back fix perfectly ,and also this people need to be admonished therefore they can't abusive nobody else.

Review: I was told on february ** 2014, that if I give there shop the job to fix my car I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket, I specifically told [redacted] my deductible was a $1000 and I was assured I would not have to pay anything out my pocket. I was also told my car would be ready 10-15 days after geico inspected it, geico inspected my car on the [redacted] of february and my car was not done until April *, 2014 in which I was told I have a $1000 deductible I explained to the gentleman that I was told I wouldn't be charge a deductible, he told me to hold on and came back on the phone and said I have to pay $500. I strongly believe they are upset and renig at the agreement because I kept calling and inquiring about my car. I refuse to pay that fee because I could have taken my car to my regular body shop and wouldn't have no such issues. I have to pay for a rental out of pocket at a rate at $45 a day, because geico would not keep me in a rental for 2 months the car shouldn't have taken that long to fix. They also charge geico a fee 0f 175 dollars for towing my car wasn't towed there it was driven.Desired Settlement: Please I need my car and I would like for this shop to stick to the verbal agreement they gave me on the day they took my car,when I was assured there will be nothing coming out my pocket, I would not have agreed if I knew I would be charged as I also explained to them.

Review: my car was being repaired due to accident, the insuance company issued an estimate to replace new door and two new rims. The door was old, it looks like it was purchased at a junk yard, I have pictures of the door before it was painted. Also the two rims were supposed to be replaced by new ones, instead he fixed the old ones. Also the repairs toke over toke over one month to complete, I called him a few times to check on the progress and kept saying it will be ready. I went to see what was taking so long to repair and notice the car was up againest the wall, and I saw the old door and toke a picture. I told him insurance is paying for a new door and kept saying there is nothing wrong with the door, he kept saying the door was new and it was not. He lied to me in my face, I am a mechanic and I know what is new and the door he replaced was not. I picked up the car on 6/**/13 and noticed the rims on the car were the not new, he just fixed the rims instead of replacing them with new ones. the insurance co paid for new door and new rims and he assured me they were new, I know they are not new.Desired Settlement: They should refund the money back to the insurance because they did not provide what was paid for.

Review: My car was taken to this shop. I agreed to get my car fixed there. Once this company found out the insurance company deposited the check into my account they started harassing me stating they need all money up front to fix my car or they won't fix it, but previous to them knowing I received the check when I asked them when do you guys receive payment they stated after the car is done. Now Im getting harassed by the workers threatening to put my car somewhere into they get payment in full when my car wasn't even worked on yet. Also there is things that told the insurance company about my car that I don't think maybe true in order for them to get more money. I called and asked for the [redacted] and as soon as the [redacted] gets on the phone he starts yelling so then I just hung up the phoneDesired Settlement: I would like to receive my car back so I could get it fixed without getting charged for sitting at their place or I would like them to fix my car
