I personally call the customer to apologize and to give her a full refund.we r a small business in this neighborhood for long time,we have a very good reputation,we always take good care of our customer because we need them to run our business in this very competitive area[redacted] (the customer)came for an exchange of the mention item and I admit to her that it is my items but the batch number on the item don't match the one I have on the shelves its mean that the item has been bought long time before and it has been used and it has rust inside the cap(metal get rusted only when get contact with water)I personally checked every single piece in front of her and I told her if I find one more piece in the same used condition I will give a full refund and one for free.when u buy something in the store u don't buy it with a broken cap.and I receive a copy of the store receipt attached with the complaint letter in the mail and it show cl early the policy of the store and as u can see on the bottom of the receipt it say broken and open item.no exchange but on the copy is missing the no exchange.its not about the $it's the way the customer approach u.I apologize for any inconvenience and hope u understand my explanation.Thanks
