Review: On February **, 2015, I brought my vehicle (2012 Hyundai Elantra, blue) to have the windshield replaced. Nelson, who claims to be the owner, had performed the repair. Nelson used a sawzaw with a chisel bit to remove the original windshield. While doing so, Nelson cut through the frame of the car, creating a hole in the frame (right side of windshield), and instead of fixing it at that moment, he continued on with the replacement. At the moment, the car owner was not aware of the damage. After paying for the services, receiving notice that there is a 6 month warranty on the services, and confirmation that the repair had gone well, the car owner left.

After leaving, the car owner noticed that when it rained, water entered the car through the right side of the windshield. The car owner believed it came from the poor seal of the windshield. It was not until later on when the car owner noticed the hole and soaked floor mats every time it rained. The car owner called the business and explained the damage, in which Nelson asked to see the vehicle. The vehicle was driven back to the shop where Nelson promised to have it fixed. Since then the car owner has been back twice for the repair and even came a third time where an appointment was made to have the windshield removed and the frame fixed by a local body shop that Nelson works with. On this last encounter, 7/**/15, Nelson had asked that we meet him to have the repairs completed and after corresponding a bit, no longer returned phone calls. The repairs still have not been resolved and correspondence with Nelson has ceased.Desired Settlement: I will like my car repaired at no cost to me, due to the damage caused by this business, reimbursement for wages lost, and mileage and gas, for the commute from CT to NY without any resolution to the matter. I would also like to speak to the actual owner of the company.
