This complaint is merely a scam played to collect $! we have multiple members of our staff that will testify to hearing any such alleged promise of $to the customer !! We are just going back and forth with a scam artist and wasting valuable dollars that should be used for more important issuesThe customer is a liar and very aggressive and showed no member of my management staff any respectAll she did was embarass herself and made our customers upset in the showroomWe spent more time and attention on calming her down then trying to explain that the car she purchased at the other Honda Showroom was a lesser priced vehicle then what we displayed and worked figures on The vehicle she looked at here was priced more and has a navi tech pkg and the one she bought does not ....this is all nonsense and I hope we can stop going back and forth with this!

I am attaching the estimated they gave my son *** ** ***when we went to Bronx HondaIf you notice I top of the page it has there logoThey promised us $if New Rochelle can match there price and were not willing to sell the car to us for I am respectable woman with a good track and credit ratingNo scam would have thisThey are advertising and sales pitchI have witnesses to this and if so I can have written statements, the contract from Honda of New Rochelle WHICH there sales man said anyone can do that, but you can call and confirm this is no contractThey want to move on because they know they were at fault and got caught with there own advertisingThey are the scam artist just to make a quota for the monthI am requesting a full investigation of this company in the Bronx and see all the compliants filed against them regarding there pitches for customer to buyLOSERS!!!!

I told her this was in reference to collecting $100.00 from [redacted]' [redacted] I believe his name was Sueda? She went and spoke to another [redacted] in which he came to me with some stocky man. I told this [redacted] what was promised to me -Which was if I found that Honda of New Rochelle gave me the Honda Accord for 24500.00 he would give me $100.00 but I needed to come with the contract. I showed the [redacted] my contract and asked for my $100.00. Customer entered the dealer showroom yelling , cursing and abuse towards the staff....customers were present in the showroom and were nervous due to her demeanor towards the staff. she cursed at the mangement and called one of them " [redacted] phillsburry doe boy !" she was asked to leave the premises...

and a report was filed with the local police department and she is no longer allowed on the premises. No such promise for a 100.00 fee was promised to the customer nor does Bronx Honda advertise such a policy!!!

Review: On 5/**/15, Service provider Bronx Honda/Chevrolet overcharged for services not authorized by co-owner/buyer .

Service provider promised same day service for AC check up, oil change. But Bx.Honda kept vehicle overnight and found other repairs that were (not) needed and charged for parts and labor exceeding request for AC Check up, had to decline brake fluid since I knew it was not needed. Was not informed of final labor cost, but informed of parts and Extended Maintenance Plan. Billing does not reflect credit for such plan, since car was needed for a trip I had to agree to minor fluids change and or estimate charge, although billing stated I was informed and supposedly agreed, although I did not. Billing states I did decline brake fluid and preventive maintenance.

Explained I had extended warranty but was told [redacted] was listed to prior owner in their computers Stated we had bought the car in Yonkers Honda. Was not informed of division of Honda independant dealerships Bronx Honda has exclaimer voiding warranties but offers Preventive maintenance plan, advertises with flyers Extended Maintenance Plan Per Mileage Use. Final billing cost was 798.87.

Seller Yonkers Honda informs us there is no Extended Maintenance Plan on Pre-Owned cars, Yonkers Honda explained front panel display to indicate if service was needed. No icons were lit to indicate such repair billing.

On Sept. **, a prior state inspection request Yonkers Honda declined my oil change request since no repairs were necessary. CRV 2012 had completely been overhauled by Yonkers for re-sale and states no liquids or filters were needed nine months after sale of car to us. I state no icons indicated repairs, I merely inquired as to condition of AC or sluggish handling, car operated the same after pickup from Bx. Honda on 5/**/15.

Bronx Honda cannot be trusted due to manipulative aggressive sales of unwarranted services. Please do not have them call us, we can only deal with legitimate Honda dealership such as Yonkers Honda.

Thank you.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a conciliatory compensation in the form of a refund or for future repairs covered.

At this time, I have not been contacted directly by Bronx Honda regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I contacted Honda Corporate, they have noted the complaint. However, they state it is at the discretion of the dealership to honor Extended Maintenance Contracts, However, Per Yonkers Honda, such policy is against Corporate policy. Honda Corp. does not differentiate, thus a no action policy in regard to this complaint, Corp. refused to offer contact to the legal dept. or legal spokesman, the Honda Corp. Representative refused to give his full name other than his first name of Eric. However should the vehicle require maintenance, I will inquire with Bronx Honda, if they deny that an Extended Service Contract is viable, then I will file a different complaint or legal action. However, the receipt for for such contract does not mention extended Maintenance for this vehicle. Bronx Honda could charge anything they determine needs repair or replacement since their receipt states it will void prior warranty of vehicle. Only option is to avoid Bronx Honda.Thank you.

Review: My vehicle was in need for repair of seat belts and to turn the airbags lights off from the dashboard. Twice I took my vehicle back to them stating that the airbag light keeps coming on. The advisor said to just bring the vehicle back. This is a difficult situation that they put me in because the light turns on intermittingly. This problem should have been resolve the first time; that's why I've pay them 1562.86. dollars. I would appreciate if the Revdex.com look into this as soon as possible because I'm due for an inspection; if this problem is not resolved I will fail costing me time and money.Desired Settlement: I would like DBA HONDA to fix the problem that they were paid initially to do.

The owner had a collision prior to 7/*/13. We inspected the vehicle on 7/*/13 and replaced the SRS control unit and both front outer seat belts. The next and only time the owner came to Bronx Honda was 9/*/13. The owner stated the SRS light was on. We inspected the vehicle and there was no SRS light on, and no SRS codes in the system. The Check Engine light was on with an engine code and Unrelated in any way to the SRS System. This Repair invoice is [redacted]. There are many components in a 2000 Accord with 105,855 miles that can cause an SRS light to come on. The parts that were installed on 7/*/2013 are covered by a one year or 12,000 mile warranty which ever comes first for defects. Any other issue would be repaired at the owners expense including diagnosis. The owner may contact Nat as stated in the owners statement and bring his vehicle in for Diagnose whether the SRS light is on or not, and to diagnose any failure. Review: In 2010 I purchased a brand new Honda battery with a 100 month warranty. The sales representative at the Honda Parts section mentioned: If I ever had a issue all I needed to do is to bring the battery in for a replacement at no cost to me.

In June 2014, the car battery had completely died out several times. I had to call for road service multiple times in which was indicated to me I had a faulty battery. Apparently, the battery was not holding the charge.

I have made several attempts to contact Honda at [redacted] to no avail. I spoke to [redacted] who was extremely understanding and helpful and urged me to contact [redacted] of another Department. In conversation with [redacted], he mentioned I should speak to [redacted] of the Parts center. I made two attempts to speak to [redacted] 07/**/14 and 07/**/14. I have yet to hear back from [redacted].

Later that week I reached out to Honda Corporate who urged me to resolve the situation with the Parts Center however, as of today August [redacted], 2014 over 30+ days of attempting to correct the issue, Honda has failed to replace the battery under their 100 month warranty.

I'm seeking Revdex.com to intervene and urge Honda to take action forthwith.Desired Settlement: Requesting Honda to replace the battery under the terms and conditions as stated under their 100 month warranty.

Review: I came here to buy a Honda Accord I had previously went to Honda of New Rochelle. I told them New Rochelle was offering me a price of 24500.00 But since a friend recommended me here I told them if they can do better. At first they said yes but then they were hesitate. We told them without the navigation system if they can just give us the car for 24500.00. The [redacted] was [redacted]. He told his [redacted] and his [redacted] told me if Honda of New Rochelle can give me the car for this price without the Navigations system he will give me $100.00,but I need to come with the contract. I finally purchased the car at Honda a New Rochelle for 24500.00 plus a destination fee of 790 the same day .Bronx Honda was chging me a $895.00 destination fee. On Feb [redacted] I went to collect my $100 with my contract in my hand and all my paperwork from Honda of New Rochelle. One of the mgrs came out cockey and stated anyone can do a contract like that? I told him " [redacted] you were not here to know what happened that day which he wasn't. I started yelling and cursing at him because was already accusing me of false allegations without knowing the facts. Another [redacted] told me to leave the store and the premises. I want to file a formal compliant for false advertising and false gimmicks. Althought its only $100.00 but its the principal of the sale and there word! I am going to small claims court. I hope anyone who is reading this know HONDA of NEW ROCHELLE HAS CLASS and will treat you right!Desired Settlement: I want what [redacted]'s [redacted] had promised me: "If I get the $24500 at Bronx New Rochelle he will give me the $100.00" It's also the way he advertised the 100.00 he came out of his office and into the showroom and BRAGGED about how he will give me the 100, if Honda of New Rochelle sells me the car for $24500.0 No professionalism or class!

No scam would have this. They are false advertising and false sales pitch. Review: I purchased a car at the Bronx Honda Company located at [redacted]. The first car was a 2010 Honda CR-V the car did not pass inspection. I went back to the Dealer spoke to [redacted] and he offered me another car this time a 2012 CR-V . Every time the Contract changed slightly this time the $ 5,000 Dollars that I put as a down payment was reduced to $ 1000 dollars.

Then the 2012 car also had other issues I went back to return the car then I was Offered another car this time a 2015 costing $ 41,728.32. There are so many errors with this contract I am hoping that we can get this resolved.Desired Settlement: I want to get my money back and all contracts voided.

Review: Me and my husband were over charged for the car we are currently paying for. We went into this contract not realizing what we had gotten ourselves into. The manager [redacted] at bronx honda who helped us and did the numbers for our car did not explain to us the contract throughly to which we signed and left us with an outrageous monthly payment of 800 dollars a month for the car we purchase which is the honda cross tour. This is a thirty thousand dollar car and some how on our contract it end up being sixty thousand dollars to which we are paying for. We feel like we were highway robbed and don't want to go on paying this high payment.Desired Settlement: Our desired outcome is that we can resolve this issue lower our payments even if we can't give the car back we. Just don't want to feel like we've been victims of anyone's scam
