I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolve becouse these locks where bought as REFURBISHED locks , the locksmith was spouse to change cylinder and fix them .I bought these locks as a back up ;locks for my office ,I did not use them EVEN TIME!! when I needed to use them I realized they won't open..I want the locks fixed with no cost OR exchanged with no cost OR A FULL REFUND .

I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM THAT I DO NOT SELL USED LOCKS IN MY STORE. [redacted] WAS LOOKING FOR USED ITEMS AND BY COINCIDENT ONE OF MY EMPLOYEE INFORM ME THAT WE HAVE TWO USED ONES THAT WE COULD SELL TO THE [redacted]. I INFORM HIM THAT THERE IS NO WARRANTY IN USED ITEMS AT MY STORE AND HE STILL AGREED TO TAKE THE LOCKS.I FIX THE LOCK BECUASE [redacted] INSISTED ON BUYING THEM.

the month of February came to my...

business a customer under the name of [redacted] asking for Mul-t-Lock locks. I gave him the price of each one. He told me
that he was looking for used locks. I find him two used padlocks [redacted] told
me he wanted the locks to work with a single key and I told him the price and
accepted, and I informed him that we don't give warranty on used locks and he
accepted it. [redacted] paid me $110.00 for used Mul-t-lock Locks.
[redacted] Came on 02/**/2015 to pick up the locks. he tried them and the locks
where working properly. if he is wants me to fix it I can do it but it will be
more expensive to fix it than the inicial payment he gave me.
