Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolve becouse these locks where bought as REFURBISHED locks , the locksmith was spouse to change cylinder and fix them .I bought these locks as a back up ;locks for my office ,I did not use them EVEN TIME!! when I needed to use them I realized they won't open..I want the locks fixed with no cost OR exchanged with no cost OR A FULL REFUND In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
