 Today the bronze bay corp still hasnt sent me the refund and now they just took more out of my act, this is the issue promises are not kept,,,what are my next steps

They won't answer call/ or return call I guess

Shumate has always been honest with me as they have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Unfortunately, equipment sometimes does fail and we try our best to get it fixed in a timely manner.  Sometimes parts have to be ordered which also delays the repair.  To my knowledge, all equipment is in fine working order now.  We are willing to refund the freeze fees that were...

charged which is 8 x $5 for a total of $40 and  I will cancel the membership so that no more fees will be charged.  Or if the client wants to unfreeze his membership, all of the freeze charges are put back onto his account to be used toward upgrades.  Please let me know how to proceed, we can mail a check for the refunds.  Bronze Bay Management.
