Do not do business with these people! Worst customer serivce I have ever received from any business, and my next step will be to return my instrument and cancel the account. I had no issues with the instrument, which we rented from Brook Mays through our school. However, they apparently had trouble running our credit card and instead of contacting me about it, they waited for 2 months and then sent a nasty collection letter. I received no past due notices of any kind, I did receive a phone call, but I called them back right away and they told me on the phone that they were able to run the card and everything was resolved. A few weeks later I got the nasty letter. Then when I called about the letter, they told me I was lying, and when I asked them to send me copies of the past due notices they allegedly sent, they said they couldn't because they don't keep copies of those records. They insulted me and treated me horribly instead of apologizing, even though I paid the past due amount within a few hours after receiving the letter.. Terrible business practices, I will never do business with them again.
