Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hello **, I am really tired of this moving issue going on and on and would like to resolve it once and for all The first time I was ever contacted requesting an additional payment was on 3/25/via email To be fair, you did send the email on 2/23/13, but it went to my spam folder and I did not get it until your telephone call on 3/25/ In your latest response to the Revdex.com you indicated multiple phone calls and a personal visit to our house None of those took placeIn that email you were requesting an additional $ I did not agree with it, but I do see how you came up with that amountI never "hung up" on you, but did state that I had to go and was trying to end the call for minutes We agreed to talk again in a few weeks However, I was never contacted again by you until I received the very first invoice on 10/1/in the amount of $ I contacted the Revdex.com and filed a complaint within days of receiving the invoice The Revdex.com came back to me stating you would not respond to the complaint The next invoice I received was on 1/29/in the amount of $3, Once again I contacted the Revdex.com to try and help resolve the matter This time you did respond and here we are Yesterday I did receive the 3rd invoice in the amount of $2, I am willing to pay the original $today and consider the matter closed If this is acceptable, please send me a new invoice and I will pay it today Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Movinghelp.com does not provide moving services, they simply connect moving companies with uhaul customers in need of movers The fact of the matter is you hired moving help labor estimated for a room home when infact your home contains more the rooms (den, livingroom, dinning room, bedrooms, rec room, ext) You have failed to pay for the time over your pre paid reserved time which you paid for through uhaul/movinghelp.com I have spoken and emailed you about this matterYou have refused to make payments and have now incured late fees Filing multiple Revdex.com complaints will not pay your bill nor stop legal actions for obtaining funds to cover services you have already received You are wasting your time contacting Revdex.com an not out offices to resolve your outstanding bill

I went there, first visit was fine, doctor prescribed a med for pain and it workedThen when I needed refill, I called and they said they couldn't find the prescription and acted like I was a drugf seeker trying to get drugsI had to go through many calls, with the pharmacy and the doctor, who finally realized it was true that their clinc HAD prescribed itNow I cam back for the next appt and the NP acted like I was a drug addict because I needed a refill again (this is for Lyrica, daily dose)She finally wrote it, but for the wrong doseWhen the clerk gave the script to me, I said it is the wrong dose and he accused me of lying.I said look in your recordsHe said the records showed the dose she just wrote which WAS NOT the dose they were prescribing lsat visitafter much time of arguing, the NP came out and said, she found in the record the correct doseI told the guy at the desk to quit accusing people of lying and quit acting like thery are a drug addictThis NP, Marissa, acted like I am a drug addict or drug seeker because I needed her to refill my prescription, that I had been on for a yearShe said she can't prescribe it when I have other medications prescribed by my preimary doctor

The number rooms in the house does not matter We had the exact same furniture we moved from California in one truck load Almost half of the square footage of the house was in the finished basement where there was one couch, one desk, one bed and one dresser That's it! The reason the move could not be done within to hours was completely do to the inexperience of the employees sent by Brooks I was never contacted by Brooks for additional charges until months after the move was complete At that time they were asking for roughly $for additional labor I told them at the time, that would about cover the antique doll house and TV the inexperienced movers broke Then six months later they send me an e-mail asking for over $ How can a "fictional" $bill turn into $in six months? ** *** is a liar and based on his $3000+ demand, a crookExample, here is his opening statement to the first email I received from him "Let me start with you have great taste in homesI was able to see them both and I would gladly live in either one!" This guy has never set foot in either house yet he claims to have seen them both

***, I would ask you to watch *** The Revdex.com is a joke! I understand your frustrationThe first times I assume it was you filing a complaintI contacted the Revdex.com immediatelyI asked for more information as we send out hundreds of invoicesThere was no name or information with the complaintI was told they would contact you for more informationI was never contacted againI have been in business a long time and learned the hard way that paying $a year for a Revdex.com accreditation was a waste of timeThey do not resolve any issues or help me OR the customerThey have us send emails back and forthYou are one of people that have complained about their past due balance in hopes to make me back downA it never works, and B our Revdex.com grade has never loweredSo when I said you were wasting your time on here I truly meant it!
Now, I would love this to be over and done with as wellAs I have stated in all of our contact, there would be late fees incurredI understand there has been a misunderstanding and know all to well uhaul/movinghelp.com does not or will not help you understand any aspect of the transactionWe no long work with them because they cut any and all support to all moversMeaning if a customer has an issue or we had any issue like this, we cant even contact them to work out a resolutionThis is also documented online... ***
I can not allow you to use so much of my time and energy on an amount thus past dueAs of today's date (2/20/14) your balance sits at $2,I would be willing to take a settlement payment of $This is cents on the dollarIf you have dealt with claim court, you will know this is a more then generous settlement
Again, I understand things were confusing, you are a "High Octane" kind of guyWith work and kids, you have a lot on your plate, as we have talked in the pastBut you must see where I am coming from as wellover days ago I had to pay a portion of payroll out of my pocket because you failed to pay your billI have then now mailed you letters, countless emails, and weather you believe it or not drive to your home(On a side note, that driveway of yours has to be a bh to shovel...) I am here writing you today about an amount owed from more then a year ago, yet you have failed to contact our office or Revdex.com until I put some pressure on youI believe this could have been handled with the first contact, but has escalated to this levelIf you agree to the settlement of $simply open your invoice that you have received in your emailMake a payment in that amount and I will personally Clear out any other past due amountsAnd issue you a receipt that states that your account is paid in fullThis payment must be made be end of business day today(5pm cst)
