Per the signed contract, Mr. [redacted] received Apartment **. Apartment ** has a private patio, in which only the resident of Apartment ** has access to.  The community had offered to move Mr. [redacted] to another apartment with a private patio and options to enclose the patio...

further, in which he declined. Per contract, a 30 day move out notice is required. However, out of good faith, we have agreed to waive this notice and only charge for the non-refundable community fee and Basic Service Rate through April 30, 2017, as we are unable to offer the apartment to another individual during this time. Our Regional Vice President of Operations (and supervisor of the Executive Director), attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] on April 12, 2017 to further discuss. However, had to leave a message. Should Mr. [redacted] wish to discuss, we hope he will return the call of our Regional Vice President, but please understand Mr. [redacted] will be charged the non-refundable community fee and Basic Service Rate through April 30th, 2017, which is lesser days than the required 30 day move out notice.
