Review: In April of 2013, I made an agreement with Brookdale Hospital finanacial department to make monthly payments of $100.00, until the balance of my medical bill was paid off. Today when I phoned in my payment, I was told that there has been a change in policy, and that my medical bill will have to be paid off within a year of my first payment. I received no prior notice, written or otherwise about the policy change, until today.Desired Settlement: Since my agreement was made before the new policy was put into effect, I think my original agreement should still be acknowledged by the hospital, and that I should not be subject to the new policy.

Review: I recently received a copy of my credit report and saw multiple collection notices from National Recovery Agency(Phone Number ###-###-####) stating that I have unpaid medical bills from Brookdale Hospital. I called Brookdale Hospital on 9/**/15 at 4:15pm and was referred to Jzanus, which deals with all billings before November 2013. At 4:30pm on 9/**/15 I spoke to a representative at Jzanus (Phone Number ###-###-####) named Mr. M[redacted] who told me that I received services at Brookdale Hospital on 5/**/2012 and my Lawyer [redacted] and No Fault paid my entire balance of $3,429 in full. I was told I have no outstanding bill. I then called National Recovery to inquire about the collections on 9/**/2015 at 4:40pm. I spoke to a representative named [redacted] and her supervisor. I was told that Brookdale Hospital placed the payment on hold. [redacted] and her supervisor immediately emailed Brookdale Hospital about this issue and the payment for the amount due. I called National Recovery Agency on 9/**/15 and spoke to a representative named [redacted] who told me that Brookdale Hospital responded to the email and paid all of the accounts off in full! This was money that I never owed to Brookdale Hospital and these collections should of never been placed on my credit report.Desired Settlement: I would like all of the collection notices completely removed from my credit report because I never had over due bills with Brookdale Hospital and these collection notices are false. This money was owed by Brookdale Hospital who paid them all in full. I will only be satisfied when all records of this matter are completely gone. National Recovery Agency said that they have sent a letter to the Credit Bureau stating the account have been paid in full but I want the collections completely removed.

Review: The hospital provide services for me in 2013. I have coverage ( Medicaid). Now in 2015 they sent my info over to the collectors for me not paying a bill. I never received a bill. And now I've been tormented by these collectors. When I call the hospital they said they cannot provide me with any information. I call my insurance and they say brookdale made a claim and it was paid.Desired Settlement: I want my name and information to be removed from the collectors list and and a bill from brookdale hospital so my insurance can settle the matter
