Review: My Mother, [redacted] , was living in Brookdale community, Pinehurst , NC and died July 5.

The facility is refusing to prorate the full payment I made the first of the month, and continues to bill even after her passing.Desired Settlement: Prorate bill correctly, send apology letter, as it is hard enough losing your mother without going through this type of issue.
