Brooke-lyn Apartment

I have lived in these apartments for about months and before we even moved in we had problems with the management not wanting to meet us for us to even sign our a lease! I hat to get ugly and threaten to call corporate for her to even make time for us
Then we were told one of the amenities for the complex is the pool and the whole summer and pool season the pool has not been in session! Our rent should be lowered since there is no one being paid for maintenance of the poolAlso, there is the problem with our neighbor....she has empty oxygen tanks, huge bags of garbage etcIt clearly states in the lease no garbage is to be left on the sidewalk and management is fully awareThis same neighbor has parked car that has no tag anything just sitting in a spot, it also says in the lease there are to be no cars left that are inoperable! The office never answers the phone and when you ask for a corporate number they will hang on you! It is ridiculous for what we pay!
