Tara contacted me at work multiple timesShe was told not to contact me at my work place by myself along with a colleagueHowever, she didn't care about the Fair Debt Collection Practices ActYou would think as a collection agency employee she would be privy to the FDCPAShe is also extremely rude and unprofessional
I think we should all get together and file a lawsuit against this company I had a debt to a dentist that I was trying to dispute when it was turned over to SCR When they contacted me, I told them I could pay $a month, but TARA told me that would not be adequateI explained that my husband was on disability and that was all we could afford, but she insisted that I pay $or more each month, that the bill had to be satisfied within one year, only now I owed over $1,instead of the original $700! The next thing I know, I'm begin served with a notice, but never received notification regarding a court date and now my check is being garnished for 25%!!! and the total is now over $1,500!! There must be a law against such exorbitant fees I'm contacting my local bar association
I kept getting calls from a "TARA" at SCR ServicesShe would ask for a name not attached to my number or an individual I knewWhen I asked her what SCR Services were, she kept asking if I were that personI asked her numerous times then told her to remove my numberShe responded "GOOD LUCK WITH THAT." When I called her back, she had a very nasty, unprofessional, and foul attitudeWhen I told her I would report her business she popped off with a foul, "YOU GO RIGHT AHEAD."
I got several calls from TerraShe called my cell and if I did not answer she called my officeShe took me to court which I did not show upShe was very rude and hateful I planned on taking care of my debit when I got my tax moneyHowever she sent a notice to my office about garnishment but nothing has been done about it yet After reading this crap I don't even think I want to even pay what I oweShe was a total witch to me every time she called
Yesterday I did file a negative comment about SCR Services in BentonI spoke with Terra Mtoday and she was was helpful today when we spoke on the phone She actually is willing to work with you if actually give a chance to work with herWe just had some miscommunication
