By far the worst utility company I have dealt withTook a week to get water turned on when I moved to ArizonaI finally did it myselfThey have billed me twice for using gallons of waterI live alone in a studio aptIf I had used that my septic would float awayWill not answer phones everBut quick to set off serviceI had to pay the billsMy average usages are gallons per monthThey hold you hostage..glad I am moving and never will deal w them againTerrible company

ive been trying to get my water turned on the past 13 days and we fax all our information for them to get it going and nothing has happened at all and I think its unfair that we are suffering for you guys bad service,
