Brookens was easy to work with, very thorough, and the work they did was excellent! From the first meeting w/ Aaron, we felt very comfortable through the entire process. Aaron and Barry walked us through the entire process and made things very easy. Trae took it from there and did an excellent job getting the roof/gutters/etc all done in a timely manner.

I can’t say enough good things about Brookens Construction. I didn’t think contractors like this existed anymore - they were knowledgeable, professional and fast. Aaron and Barry were great from our first interaction. They were honest, straight-forward and helpful, not pushy at all. There was no pressure to sign anything up front, instead they became my advocate and a great resource. Did I mention that they are all genuinely nice guys!
The whole project went better than I ever could have imagined. The crews were timely, hard-working and meticulous. My roof looks absolutely beautiful! My most amazing project manager, Chad, kept me in the loop from beginning to end and informed about some areas of concern without any pressure to have Brookens fix them. They left my property completely clean, no nails, no damage to my plants or anything. In fact Chad even rolled up the hoses that I had left out, cleaned up after my dogs and gently retuned the bird’s nest to the gutter where my children had been watching baby Robin’s eggs hatch.
I had such a good experience, I will continue to recommend Brookens to anyone and everyone. I will actually miss having them working on my house. Thank you guys so much!

Brookens Construction was organized, courteous and thorough in the entire process of our new roof. They met with my insurance adjuster as well as helping with the type and color of shingle. They did an amazing clean up job and left my yard looking the same as when they arrived. Amazing people to work with and so happy we chose them!

Late in the spring of 2018, our neighborhood was savaged by a large hail storm moving through the area. We spoke to several potential contractors following the event to repair our roof and gutter damage, but found Brookens Construction, LLC offering the latest technology in roof venting and roofing materials while still staying within our budget to return our home to it's pristine condition. The Brookens Construction, LLC crews were timely, efficient, respectful and conscientious while working on our home. Even after a year, I have yet to find a stray roofing nail around my yard. I would highly recommend Brookens Construction, LLC for your current or future projects.

The area experienced a hailstorm that made the national news causing extensive damage to my house and many others in the area. Restoration work continues to this day. Two contractors came to view the damage, yet sadly neither were forthcoming nor well informed. Upon recommendation from a friend, I then contacted Brookens Construction.
It was clear from the start that the company had created a well organized business system using the newest technology available to evaluate damage and support findings. Aaron ***, the owner, was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, always present to educate and explain the restoration process, and supportive throughout. I would sometimes laugh at how unbelievably punctual he was for appointments. He worked tirelessly & had remarkable patience with the insurance company to get a fair settlement. Chad, project manager, was present at the site supervising/supporting every aspect of the job. Upon completion he saw to it the site was left clean.
Without hesitation, I would recommend Brookens Construction.

Brookens construction did my roof in2017. Aaron was very knowledgeable in his suppliers and which shingles would work best in our area. He gave us a few options for us to review. After deciding which one we wanted, he gave us a bid that was very close to our insurance coverage. We accepted his contract. Aaron told us how long before he would start and the time it would take. Both times were met. His workers did an awesome job of courteous relationships with us throughout the process. When the work was done his team made sure everything was picked and back to the state it was found in. The foreman walked around the property with us to make sure we were satisfied with the workmanship and cleanliness. We were very satisfied with our results and would work with Brookens again, not that I’m ready for a new roof again.

Brookens Construction recently replaced our roof and subcontracted for repainting the exterior of our home. They were very professional and conscientious of our needs and satisfaction with their work. They dealt directly with our insurance company and were able to negotiate a higher settlement. We were very happy with the end result.
