Sales Agent who [redacted] listed his mobile home with on April 30-2015. [redacted] [redacted] has requested that we remove his property immediately . This was done on June-2-2015 .which was as soon as possible as the Designated Broker is the only one who can remove a listing on the Maine Listings Service ( MLS). [redacted]' s mobile was listed on the MLS state wide internet site for Realtors to advertise property. Please see TERMINATED Listing provided . This is the state wide MLS system for all real estate in Maine [redacted] said that he asked me to put his mobile home on specific mobile home sites . I said that I would but did not get this done in time. I needed someone to help me do this and had not done so. [redacted] is correct that I did not get that accomplished . I am sorry . I did advertise in the [redacted] Journal and [redacted] Sentinel his mobile home and had it listed on the internet with statewide MLS system. [redacted] was very unhappy that his mobile home was not listed on our Brookewood Realty Website and felt that we did not represent all homes the same or that Brookewood did not take his mobile home as serious as other homes . This was not true. I asked our company internet person why his home did not show up on our website. I learned a lot in the past month about real estate and the internet and I thank [redacted] for helping me understand .[redacted]'s [redacted] mobile home is in a park where he rents a spot ,This means it is personal property on the MLS statewide real estate listing . Mobile homes on their own land are listed the same way as other homes . This fact causes some confusion about posting [redacted] mobile home on state wide real estate listings What this means is that homes and mobile homes on owned land will auto feed from the MLS system to numerous websites like [redacted] and [redacted]. . This is not true of "personal property "mobile homes on rented land. . I kept following up on why the mobile homes were not showing up on our company website . I learned that because his home was personal property it would not automatically feed from the MLS network to our website. I received information on May-28th that this was not possible from [redacted] from MAINE LISTINGS This is how all our listing get on our company website . It should not have taken almost a month to get an answer. I had to ask our internet person at work to look into itHe had to ask our vendor to research it . This vendor did not address things quick enough and everyone thought they could auto feed .I took [redacted] asking to make people answer the question . It took to long and we found out that are website that is new ...had to be redesigned to accommodate personal property mobile homes . Our website has a button now ..but as of today only partially works I and Brookewood are sorry for what took place . I spoke to Brookewood's owner [redacted] and he said that if I sell [redacted]'s home as a buyer's agent we will not submit a request for seller's commission . I know [redacted] has representation to sell his mobile and I offered to include his mobile in an open house this weekend if he wants .
