We received a work order request from resident in # [redacted] regarding a leak in her living room ceiling Maintenance found the leak to be from the rain They went up on the roof to make needed repairs but couldn't find exactly where it was coming from We explained to the resident that we couldn't do anything else until it rained again since the leak had stopped with the rain When it rained again there was another leak in her apartment Maintenance again went up on the roof to attempt to seal where they believed the leak was coming from The maintenance supervisor went in the unit and checked the walls with a moisture meter and found that the walls and ceiling were clear of moisture.The resident refused to pay rent in August so we filed for eviction Resident again requested maintenance to make needed repairs Maintenance went into the unit and removed the ceiling to make sure that there was no moisture found No signs of running water or wet drywall was found The ceiling was repaired
