Customer was well aware of the rates and filled out credit card authorization form and paid. He had a misunderstanding with rental company that he rents the truck from on the standard pricing on road services performed. The rental company whom he rents the vehicle from called in for...
the service and however customer was going to be reimbursed was between them we gave them a quote they paid and now have the problem. We filled our obligation of giving them the price providing the service and collecting payment with proper documentation. Thank You Anthony C[redacted]
