Brookfield Family Dentistry, S.C.

Proper information was provided at time of visit.  They called insurance provider to verify coverage, but never faxed a copy of the bill.  Fax number was provided by me at appointment, and could have also been verified when they called to confirm coverage.  Brookfield Family Dentistry simply needed to fax over a copy of the bill to my insurance provider.  The bill is 3 years old.  As a long time customer, I am very disappointed on how they handled the entire situation.  Brookfield Family Dentistry has taken no accountability for their actions or lack there of, which is not acceptable to me.I will agree to settle my account for $76.70.  If that is not agreeable to Brookfield Family Dentistry, then we are at an impasse.Best regards,[redacted]Revdex.com:

I would totally 100% recommend Brookfield Family Dentistry, Dr. [redacted] and his staff always make me feel so Welcome all the time. I would say that they are some of the nicest staff I have ever met!! I also love the updated technology!! X-rays are a breeze, when I got my crowns I was in and out in 1 day, NO temporary for 2 weeks!! [redacted]

I had a new crown installed yesterday at Brookfield Family Dentistry, and I was SO happy with the entire experience. Dr. Tom T[redacted] and his entire staff treated me with complete professionalism, calm care (which really helps), and the latest and greatest in technology.
My crown was installed SAME-DAY, so within 3 hrs I was out the door....done and done!
What really impressed me though was that I had virtually NO pain during or after the installation. Next day - still no pain. And I didn't even use the pain killers he prescribed.
Usually, with other dentists, it's pain-city, but not with Dr. T[redacted]!.... boy, I'm glad I chose Brookfield Family Dentistry this time....and so will YOU!

I had my 6 month dental cleaning and review today with Dr. T[redacted] and his staff. As usual, the appointment was on time...NO WAITING!! The cleaning by Tatiana was spectacular and Dr. T[redacted] reviewed my x-rays and advised of something happening on an old root canal (not performed by Dr. T[redacted]) which was not giving me any issues, but the x-ray showed some decay behind the scene. I trust Dr. T[redacted] with looking after my oral health and he has doen a great job for over 15 years. If you are in the Brookfield WI area I would highly suggest you give him a try. You won't go back.

I am a new patient of the doctor. Understand I do not like seeing the Dentist but the fact that he is professional, cute, and does great work really helps me feel relaxed about going to see him.

Brookfield Family Dentistry is the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. T[redacted] is wonderful and very talented. He's an artist and you'll never be disappointed. Also, the office is clean and modern. The office staff is very kind and also talented. Especially the office manager Sara. Everybody here is dedicated to your health and delivering a beautiful smile!

They overcharge customers and suggest Dental treatment which is not required or can be avoided. I have had a very bad experince in terms of bills, They have sent me a bill after 9 months of treatment. They took the charges in full before the procedure and still sent me the bill after 9 months.
