I received the phone call as to why we haven't paid invoice for spring clean up from Brookfield Property Management, and I explained why we had not paid the amount due We had an estimate for $for Spring Clean Up and $for Shrub, Prune and Shape We had multiple issues getting a crew out to our house to have services provided, which included multiple calls and emails from myself to Holly Initially crew was to be out out 5/2/ Then "next week later in the week" of 5/ Then on "5/15, this week Friday" Friday came and went and no crew came out In fact, we were BILLED for services and no one had been out to the house I left a voice mail for Holly as I was traveling back into town on Monday, and when I arrived home in the afternoon, a crew of young men were working in the yard They had no idea that we also wanted prune and shape, so they called and said "yeah sure, we can do that today" They did ok on spring clean up, better in some areas than others The pr

We hired this company to do landscaping last year and apply treatments to our lawn We did not feel they did a very good job so we chose not to hire them this year We received an invoice for a lawn service that we did not agree to I reached out to the company to let them know there was a mistake and they said I had signed an agreement and until I cancelled the service they would continue the lawn treatments I asked them for the signed document and they sent me notes from the landscaper without my signature I told them that clearly I did not sign the documentI had verbally agreed to a one time service over the phone I did not agree to annual service She said she would send me to collections if I did not pay

During the biggest 1st storm of the year, in December, I waited an entire day while it was snowing the plow did not come until sometime during the night, while others had plowed their driveways twice during the course of the day In the morning the driveway looked as if it had not been plowed, or rather been plowed so badly that it left about inches of snow on the driveway having an appontment that day, I had to leave, I called to no avail, no one answered and said they would not answer because they were too busy I left a message that I need another plowing, this one wan done correctly, like it used to be done As I tried to depart my driveway, my car became stuck towards the end of it and I could not move my car in ether direction It took of my neighbors to help push me out Again I called and insisted that someone come back to plow again because the driveway looked terrible and I could not trust myself not to get stuck again

I prepaid for services that were not completed I emailed and called several times to get them to come spray my yard and I have gotten no reponse I paid for spring cleanup that included removing sticks and leaves from my yard I called several times asking when they were coming and got the response “next week” After several attempts that said this had been completedI had been sticks in a pile before signing with them and they still remained along with the bags of leaves that I had gathered because I was tired of waiting I put a dispute in woth my credit card company and finally got a response that they could issue a credit because I had already prepaid I spoke with the owner and we agreed to settle in $instead of the $charge They then denied this and said they were owed everything less fall cleanup I supposedly had One treatment and haven’t seen or heard from them since

This company was hired by our small condo complex for snow removal and salting Their response after a snowfall was not timely and the removal sloppy and incomplete Many photos showing the incomplete snow removal were transmitted to them and sometimes they would return and sometimes notThe ultimate bad experience was no response from them for three days after a six inch snowfall, no phone calls returned and emails unanswered Finally hired another to clear driveways BPM called later that day and said they'd be there later to remove the snow After all this, they did not fulfill their contract to repair the damage to the lawns After about six weeks of back and forth, they finally did partial repairs and then claimed I had approved the repairs as complete This was not true The then asked me to stop contacting them and threatened to take action if I tried to contact them I believe them to be thoroughly disreputable and certainly wish I had checked their reviews on Yelp (unanimously terrible) before contracting with them I would advise everyone to steer clear of Brookfield Property Management

Brookfield Landscape Management is the worst company I have ever done business withWhile pulling out weeds the workers did not know the difference between a weed and a perennialRyan the owner throws a good sales pitch and he appears and seems to have a knowledge of landscape but there is a big difference between talk and action and performanceA crew dumped a load of mulch in front of my garage door without my knowledge and did not plan on returning until the following weekThe inferior mulch which was full of dirt was dumped in beds and buried my annuals and perennialsRyan had a secretary call me and said Ryan no longer wants to abide by the contract and is terminating the serviceBelieve me do not use this company unless you do not mind throwing away hard earned moneyThis company deserves an F-Stay away from them

A very unreliable companyWhen problems arrive the phone is not answered, leaving you with hands tiedA very helpless feelingThey were hired to remove snow and salt at apartments in Waukesha County and they just could not handle itOne recent very large snowfall they came out ran the plow down middle of drive between parking spaces and garages and just leftThe tenants could not get to workOwners had to go out and do for themselves or tenants removed snowThey came out the following afternoon late and said they saltedNot trueWe were fortunate to get a local company who did a great job and removed all snow and saltedWe no longer use their services
