Shahnaz R*** is a scam artist using Groupon and Living Social deals and not honoring them I set up an appointment with her, walked in and presented by printed voucher She said she couldn't accept it because she needs to enter the voucher number in her computer which apparently she doesn't have at her place of business If you own a business you should have a computer or some kind of method to complete business transactionSecondly she could have used her phone She refused even after seeing my printed voucher was valid Besides scamming people she never returns phone calls Never answers the phone at all for that matter She doesn't have an outgoing VM that even establishes the number listed as what type of business your calling I truly think Revdex.com should look into how many vouchers she runs and actually honors
I had a very negative experience with this company The woman is clearly out to make money and does not honor Groupons She has terrible customer service, does not return phone calls in a timely manner, and I have to open a dispute with Groupon now Do not do business with this woman
Shahnaz is very professional and does an excellent job at making me feel comfortable and relaxedI've been seeing her for about a year now and have no complaints
First of all she put me in sheets that were not changed after the customer before me I was in the room as the Bryants client was standing and talking with her and I saw her take the sheets that were on the bad and obviously already there and re-straighten them for use by me! They were damp and smelled when she put the top sheet over me I observed her straighten the sheets after me in readiness for the next customer Isn't that a health issue ? The other issues are minor in comparison -- she sold me the placements of putting a hot pad on my back for an additional $$as I was in the middle of the massage! I felt that should've been something that was done before hand in discussion She use the same massage stroke over and over and I never felt that I was being massaged by a professional massage therapist My children could have done a similar or better job giving me a back massage !!
Finally she was extremely pushy about scheduling another massage with me as I was finishing up the massage! The massage was supposed to be minutes and was not quite minutes All of these things but especially the dirty sheets are reasons I would never ever recommend her
Was treated very rudely when I emailed my frustration over not having my 3 phone calls returned over the span of 2 weeks. I just wanted to schedule my massage and they told me to seek a refund and they wouldn't deal with me after I just said I'd like a response.
