According to architectural controls our neighbours house is to similar in colour to ours, and Brookfield has agreed but will not change it
We have purchased our house from Albi homes that is owned by Brookfield residential in Dec of and got procession of our home in Dec We had moved in and the house next door to us started being built in March We noticed when started putting the hardy board up that the colour was very similar to ours and we then contacted our salesperson and asked that they stop because according to architectural controls the shade difference has to be shades in the differenceThe shade difference is only one shade in the differenceHe wrote Brookfield and they took pictures and kept going with placing the hardy boardWe insisted on a meeting in person to discuss the colour because we had chosen our colours first and we did not understand how they let someone right next door to us pick almost the same coloursThe manager in charge of architectu
Company has failed to meet the terms of the contract to deliver a completed product, and has not acted in good faith to resolve warranty issues

Customer service has been unresponsive and has been negligent in fulfilling written promises for repair dates and scopes
Home warranty work unfulfilled within a reasonable amount of time Lists provided, excuses made and not resolution made Items out of code
Purchased home 2/(closed) multiple requests for repairs made during that year Year end list made and never addressed Excuses that they had fired the previous manager etcSome of the issues have not allowed us to care for home as they are a trip fall hazard to a senior citizen We are also Deaf and they have not allowed us or provided an interpreter for discussions such as these
