Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# 11545393, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Who in there right mind thinks they hav to take pictures of there vehicle prior to a business working on it? Seriously!! Those were the pictures I had and clearly you can see those dents were not thereThe drivers side dents clearly had a fresh scuff mark above dent when I took the pictureThe passenger side dent Im sure was intentional due to a heated conversation I had with the managerNo sharp object hit that side, there's no paint chipped or scratchesIt is directly at shoulder height and fits perfect if someone angry from a bad conversation dropped a shoulder into my front fenderIt's clearly sometiing that happened Im there parking lot where they tried to dismiss the whole issue right off the batThey refused to look at the security camerasAnd denied every part of itThey first said vandalism, which there truck was parked right in front of mine the whole timeDoubt it was vandalismNow there trying to say it never even happened on there propertyI know how I brought my truck to themIt was far from the way it was when it leftAs far as this dispute and trying to get them to fix it, that's not my intentionI knew from the day I mebtioned it to them when I found the first dents they weren't going to take responsibility for what happened while the vehicle was in there careThis complaint is so other thinking about using the locksmiths can see what type of integrity and quality they find to be suitable, I mean considering my truck is a year old work truck shouldn't make a differenceMy vehicles are maintained and kept wellThe whole point to bring it to them was to better itThe door inside was not functioning 100%, but I cleary stated to the owner tHt the door needed to be adjusted and I will do thTBut I put the door back on the track prior to delivering to them because I knew the latch keeps the door from rolling back far enough to come off the track once installedNow he says it was messed up prior to me bringing it, when before he stated that I hit the door off the tracks when I looked at the truckYou can see his story changes to his discretion and mine states the same thing over and overI would not be dealing with the hassle of this dispute if I was not being truthfulThis happened to me, I'm not seeking repairs nor $I just want other consumers to see my problem and use there judgement prior to letting it happen to themAs far as the deposit, the latch looked used and the hardware was odd bolts he had and it was missing and cylindrrFor $I would think a door handle comes completeSo therefore I've seen this handle in same condition with all parts on eBay for $and a lock cylinder they onstalled is $each rekeyed and installedThere a business and making profit to run a business on these pricesSo Im sure the deposit by far covered there materials In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, Justin Souza
