Review: I purchased a refrigerator from Brookhurst Appliance on December 18th, 2014. The refrigerator came with a 90 day warranty. I paid to have it delivered and they arrived after the delivery window they had specified. I had to call and see if they were actually coming. The refrigerator had no wheels so they tore up the linoleum in my apartment when they delivered it. After about a month, everything in the freezer started melting, so I called to have it repaired. When no one came at the specified time, I called to see if someone was on the way. No one was coming, they would come at a different time. They came later that day, but it was an hour after the rescheduled time. The technician put more freon in, but it stopped working after a week. I called and someone was supposed to come out Tuesday February 3rd. I received a call that they were just going to switch out my refrigerator instead and they would come on Friday. I rushed home to be there at the appointed time, but no one showed up. I called again and was told no one would be coming because they did not have a refrigerator to switch and maybe they would have one the next day. I received a call Saturday and was told they didn't have one, but they would have one Monday and someone would come at 11. No one came so I called and was told no one was there to deliver it. I asked if I could just return it because all of my food melts. She said she can't because it works. I would prefer a refund just so I don't have to deal with this company anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $200 for the refrigerator. If possible I would also like to be reimbursed the cost to fix the linoleum in my apartment. I'm not sure what the cost is, but I can check with the apartment management to find out the cost. Also, we'd like to be reimbursed $50 for spoiled food.

Review: purchased used dryer from store. does not work. called and have not had repair done. 90 day warranty was given. person I spoke to said tec would be out sat. I called sat. then she said tec would be out sun. and no tec. can not get through on phone. feel ripped off. They should not be aloud to stay in business.Desired Settlement: fix or replace by 5-4-15
