Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: literally everything they just stated is a lieThe people who live on the property witnessed them drive onto the property while I was gone in SeattleI am APPAULED by their bold faced lies on top of the fact that they vandalized my horse trailerThe fact that they treated me in the manor that they did and then wrote that reply just goes to speak at how twisted these people areI'm having to spend a ton of money to repair what they damagedThey came and destroyed my trailer and they were seen going back thereNever in my life have I dealt with ANYTHING like thisI have attached pictures of what they did to my trailerThey are the only people besides me and the owners of the property that know that trailer is back thereIt is on a 250+acre property behind gates. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I was indeed told very rudely that I could bring my horse trailer in but the lights did not work after they came out and completed hardly 1/of the jobI was leaving to Seattle for a family visit and told them I could drop the trailer off on that Friday but would not be able to pick it up for days as that would be when I would be backI was told that they absolutely would not keep the trailer there that long and that I would have to pay a storage feeI told them I was unwilling to do that as they had told me that it would be done week before and had left my trailer part way done and it's not my fault that they left partway through a jobThey came out after my last call and they vandalized my horse trailerThey can sit and deny it and call me names all they want but it's pretty obvious to anyone that sees it that they did itI have had another company out to as damages done to my trailer and a report has been filedThey need to pay for the damages to my trailer that they causedThey are the only ones that knew it was back there and only the wiring was cut and the break away box ripped outThey admitted to going back and taking the breakaway box off and clearly did more than that when they came onto the propertyI refuse to allow them to bully me into staying quiet.Sincerely,*** ***

Ms*** was given the opportunity to bring her trailer into the shop to have us continue the repairs to the trailerWhen we first were asked by Ms*** to help her with her Horse Trailer all she wanted done was a Break away switch installed, when we actually went to meet with Ms*** she
asked us to also get the tail, stop and turn signals workingand repair the 7way connector on the front of the trailerShe also stated that the clearance lights were working so they were not addressed or touched by usMs*** also asked us to look into why her interior lights did not workMs*** was told that in order to further investigate the interior light problem that the spray insulation on the ceiling would have to be removed to access the wiringMs*** stated that they would remove it for this purposeI return to the job several days later to complete the job and the insulation was still intact and had not been removedAlso Ms***s boyfriend actually came to our business obviously not knowing we were the ones already working on her trailer trying to hire us for the job after it was already discussed and agreed on us further completing the job
We have not received any compensation from Ms*** and the trailer wiring is much better shape then when we started and external parts that have not been paid for have been removedWe do not feel that we can work with Ms*** any further We gave her the opportunity to bring her trailer in to complete the repairs after we got the tail, stop and turn signals working and the break-away switch install, which made the trailer safe and legal to tow after she had removed the ceiling insulation that she agreed to remove
As for claims that we did damage to Ms***s trailer again we did not touch or address the clearance lights or wiring because Ms*** had stated that they were in working order prior to us ever laying a hand on the trialerAnd as far as someone telling Ms*** to *** off, I have talk our staff and everyone who was present during that conversation has stated that did not happenI'm very sorry that Ms*** Feels that happened.
We are willing to let bygones be bygones and let Ms*** find another repair shop finish the work we stated and forgive any compensation we are due

Ms. [redacted] was given the opportunity to bring her trailer into the shop to have us continue the repairs to the trailer. When we first were asked by Ms. [redacted] to help her with her Horse Trailer all she wanted done was a Break away switch installed, when we actually went to meet with Ms. [redacted] she...
