I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
I have already paid the "large unmet deductible"- because they charged my card without my consent or knowledge, so there is no need for a payment plan. Their response leads me to believe that they do not take the heart of the issue - charging credit cards without the consent of the patient - seriously. In their notice that my payment was late, they state that "our collection may inclue sending your balance to a collection agency or pursuing legal action". Nowhere does it state that they will charge my card. I've attached my most recent notice for your review. This is for the amount that they didn't charge me during the initial use of my credit card- not sure why they didn't charge the full amount the first time. I'd also like you to take a note of the fact that the overdue balance (that's bolded) doesn't have an actual amount (just the letter "S" followed by 2 zeros), nor do they have a due date on any bills. I will be contacting the billing office today to tell them that I am not going to pay anything until I get an updated bill, with the amount that was already charged to my account. In addition to contacting the Revdex.com, I'm contacting the doctor that referred me to tell them about my experience.
