We have received the complaint, #[redacted], from [redacted]. I had spoken to her personally and we have sent her a series of dates and times to meet so that we may be able to rectify her complaints. Please keep in mind that her complaints are not for all of the work that we had done for her and...

represent a fraction of the overall work that was quoted and agreed to which she negated to include in her complaint.In regard to her complaint about her interior door, we had provided her a solution which she opted out of. What she really needs is to replace the interior door which she refused to do. She was very explicit in making sure that the scope of work was written out in the quote that we provided her. Her complaint is about the door jam, which in our opinion is decrepit and needs to be replaced. The door jam work was not included in the proposal and Ms. [redacted] did not want to incur any additional expenses to fix the problem correctly. Ultimately she is looking for work to be done at no cost which was not outlined in the proposal she accepted. We have no problem trying to rectify her complaint, as we have been waiting for four days for her to select a date to meet.Concerning her question about her three - gang mailbox, we have been trying to get in touch with the local post master to rectify the problem there, if in fact there is one. Only representatives from the post office have the key to open the mailboxes apparently for security reasons and rightfully so. We cannot open the mailboxes once they are installed and closed. We have tried to contact on numerous occasions the local postmaster as well as the Route supervisor to no avail. We will continue to diligently try to contact them to see if in fact there is a problem and then remedy any problem.We believe that her complaint is unfounded and that she is being unreasonable. She is seeking a total refund of all of her monies spent which is ridiculous. She was provided materials and labor. We had said that we will do everything within our power to remedy the situation so that it meets with her approval within reason.

The company did offer to switch their acknowledged not done portion of the bid with making the door more acceptable and it is. Even his response is rude!However, The mailboxes which were replaced by this company still do not lock. They said it is the post office problem and refused to address. The old mailbox and lock worked for many years so the mailboxes are clearly not installed correctly. They told me the mailman stopped by while they were there. My mail gets delivered after 4 every day for the past three years so I don't believe that on the day they were there that he showed up at noon. Two different mail delivery people have showed me the box is not installed correctly. Regards,

I hired these people to do a professional job and fix my door and locks. The option they offered is the one I chose. I was never offered any other options and I assumed they would make it work well and look good. I complained for weeks and they never got back to me until I stopped payment and sent a complaint to Revdex.com. That was when they started to care. I m not sure who they think offered me options-I never met with them after the first visit for the to get an estimate and then their serviceman came-he did not discuss anything with me other then where to put the small holes for the wiring. Anyway, they are clearly out of control and have nothing better to do than write nasty emails. It has taken me a couple days to get back to them because I work and have to take time off for this. Attached is a picture of their work-even he described it in an email -- "the door does look terrible"-see email below. He admits it and then lashes out at people-he is very unreasonable and I am frankly more than a bit afraid to meet with him. I don't think he is in full control of his temper or his moods-based on the email below and the response above- he has pretty wild mood swings. [redacted].[redacted]@brooklinelock.comAug 17 (7 days ago)to me I agree the door looks terrible, but I'm not sure that was in the quote.
