Review: I called the locksmith to have 2 locks installed. Both locks did not work the next day (Friday). When I called them to report the problem, I was told that they were busy and that I should wait but they would come later that day. At 10pm Friday night, I was told that they would not come until Monday. When I pointed out that they were a 24/7 locksmith per their advertisement, they said that they did not work the weekends and that the advertisement was wrong. I called again on Monday and was met with an attitude. They told me they may not come until Tuesday. I insisted and the locksmith agreed to come at 3pm. He was 2 hours late and when he finally arrived, he was rude and yelled and complaint that he had to come back. The next day, the new lock he installed on Monday broke again. I called and could not reach anyone and was not able to leave a voicemail. I called again on Wednesday and they were rude and told me that they were busy and would try to come but could not promise. I then hired a different locksmith to fix the lock. The new locksmith told me that they had done damage to the door and he had to buy a new lock again. I called the [redacted] locksmith back and told them that I was about to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and asked what they could do to help me out. They said that they could not help me.Desired Settlement: it caused a lot of headaches and wasted many hours of my time but I would be happy to settle it with a refund of the cost they charged me for the locks that were not working. I asked them for it and they said they could not reimburse me.
What bothers me the most is that they advertise their business at a 24/7 and it's not and that they are nothing but rude instead of apologizing for the terrible work they did. *
