The complaint in regard to [redacted] was received via mailAfter speaking to the patients daughter and explaining what procedures were done she became aware of all procedures that were completed The claim was submitted and according to the insurance company it is being processedThe patient originally gave the wrong ID number which delayed the processing of his claimsThe insurance company representative gave us a reference number for the patient to call and verify this information and to confirm that the correct amounts were charged to the patientcs: Ella ref# [redacted] at Aetna [redacted] The copays quoted to the patient were all within guidelines of his policyAfter speaking to the daughter of the patient we assured her what was done, and the reconstruction surgery preformed when he was seen as an emergencyWe offered the wife of the patient to accompany the patient to our office for a full visual explanation with xrays to show the patient and spouse what was done and why it was doneThe daughter appreciated thatWe only want the best outcome for our patients and hope we can help this patient and his family to resolve any misunderstandings
