Professional doctor and top-tier service
This clinic changed my life. I've decided to visit them with my daughter to discuss my problem. I am having difficulty breathing while sleeping, and they said that I have Sleep Apnea. The doctor provided me with a device that helps me sleep better. The staff were all nice and helped me with my appointment.

This is our response to the Revdex.com complaint:

Dear [redacted],

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction with your services.  The dental services that were rendered to you in 2012 and 2013 were partially paid by your insurance company and as specified by your insurance company required copayments on your part.  Your insurance company had a maximum benefit allowance of $1000 per year for both 2012 and 2013;. They also required you to make copayments for the treatment rendered.  The treatment costs totaled over $1000 per calender year as per your insurance company thus, your benefits were maximized.  Your insurance company paid a partial percentage 30% to 60% of their fee schedule for work that was nonpreventative (this includes fillings, crowns, gum scaling).  There between 40% to 70% was your required copayments as per your insurance company.  The lower and upper dentures were part of the suggested treatment plan and this has not been done as of yet.  The payment of $2000 that you made is part of the copayments that your insurance company required you to pay for the treatment that was rendered to you.  We informed you that if you wanted to do the dentures there may not be any benefits left for calender year 2013 to make the dentures.  Therefore your expected out of pocket would be $1935 for making these new dentures for you.  This was indicated in the treatment we had mailed to you.  Your insurance company notified us that your insurance benefits was maxed out in 2013 with the dental work that you had done (this does not include the upper and lower dentures as we had not started them yet).  Therefore, the $2000 that you paid is part of the treatment that we had already performed on you.   The $1935 is not your responsibility if you decide not to move forward with making the upper and lower dentures.  Your son had called our office asking to be referred to an organization that could make the dentures for you on a voluntary basis or if they participate in another plan that you may be a part of  (medicaid).  If that is the case we will be happy to refer to you.  Also, you currently have 2 permanent crowns that we placed on your teeth as part of your treatment.  There is a [redacted]crown that we had to send back to the lab to make an adjustment and we had made a few appointments for you to come in to have it placed.  However, called us to cancel and reschedule a number of times due to weather and health treatment.  Please contact our office so that we can deliver this final [redacted]crown to you.  You are only wearing one temporary crown and there are 2 permanent crowns already in place.  Thank you very much and we look forward to hearing back from you!

Sincerely yours,

Review: They maxed out my dental insurance for 2012. I then paid over $2,000.00 on my credit card. They want to max out my insurance for 2013 and charge me an additional $1, 935.00. I only received approximately two temporary broken crowns that constantly needed to be done over and never got the dentures that I originally requested when I went to his office. I would like my $2,000.00 returned to my credit card or get my dentures without paying any more money. They really took advantage of the fact that I am a recent widow and Elderly person!Desired Settlement: Would prefer to have my money refunded.
