While we apologize for lack of communication during the busy holiday time, but a lost package is a third party issue. As seen in the attachments, our records indicate the package was shipped to the requested address and delivered in a timely manner. Once the package is in [redacted] hands, we no longer...

have control of the package. We did not choose to have it delivered to the post office. If no one is there to receive the package, [redacted] automatically reroutes it. Furthermore, the [redacted] tracking site states that the package was picked up. We will issue a refund for the lost package.

Review: My name is [redacted] and I have tried to work directly with Brooklyn Industries -on multiple occasions-to resolve this issue of not receiving a package on [redacted], as the [redacted] website noted. I called Brooklyn Industries customer service hotline on Thursday [redacted] to report that my shipment was not received on [redacted], as the [redacted] website detailed. I was told by Kira that I would receive a follow up call on Monday [redacted], but Brooklyn Industries never called me as they promised. I called Kira again on Wednesday [redacted] to follow up , at which time she told me Brooklyn Industries "has insurance for this kind of thing" and she would be in touch, but no one ever called me back. Upon further review, it appears my package was delivered to "a post office". The local post office does not have a signature on file to provide to me, and this package is essentially untraceable. Additionally, Brooklyn Industries did not honor it's published shipping method. On their website, Brooklyn Industries describes their shipping method as follows: "[redacted]" I provided a verified shipping address ([redacted]), and Brooklyn Industries chose to ship via a method that does not provide a signature and delivered my package to a post office. I have been very patient with Brooklyn Industries but I have been lied to and given the runaround for going on three weeks. Brooklyn Industries is not communicating with me and is directing me back to the Post Office, who can not provide the package or a signature. I asked that this be delivered to a building address, and the package was not delivered. I would like a full refund. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Brooklyn Industries did not deliver to the shipping address I indicated. They also shipped via a method that does not provide a signature. I do not have my package or the goods I purchased and I would like a full refund. Thank you.
